Write your personal greeting in the space provided. Otherwise, we will show the sender's name as printed on the address label of the order blank.

For phone orders, please have your order filled out before you call; item number, your credit card, and the names and full addresses of your recipients.

  • Shipping

    • What is the best day to ship a gift?

Monday and Tuesday are the very best days to ship because on these days, we can use the most economical shipping method. We can ship Monday - Friday, but the shipping method and rate will vary depending on the day of the week the order is shipped.

    • How soon will my order be shipped?

If placed after 11:00 AM Central time, your order will ship, in most cases, the next available day, unless you specify otherwise. If your order is placed before 11:00 AM Central time, your order can ship the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday.

    • Holiday Orders:

We recommend you ship on Monday or Tuesday for orders placed for holiday delivery. This schedule assures prompt delivery, and also informs the recipient of your gift so that they can make holiday meal plans. When shipping during any holiday period, it is best to ship earlier than normal. During the holidays, please allow 2 extra days for delivery, as shipping companies frequently experience delays.

    • How do you ship your products?

Our products are individually vacuum packed and quick-frozen. All meats are shipped in a reusable insulated cooler, and packed with a freezer pack. The insulated cooler is then put into a gift box for further insulation and protection. Because our products are perishable food items, their condition upon arrival is of the utmost concern to us. We are not responsible or liable for perishable food shipments when the customer is not available to receive the package or for delays related to the weather.

Please note, 2-Day Air delivery orders are shipped on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only.

    • Why do you need my billing address when I have given you my physical address?

In order for your credit card to be approved, we must have the address and zip code of where your credit card bill is mailed. They must match, or the charge will be denied. This protects the card member from credit card fraud.

    • Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada?

      No.

    • Is there a fee for Saturday delivery? What about sending to Hawaii & Alaska?

Yes, for all Saturday deliveries, you must pay for Priority Overnight plus $50.00. We do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska.

  • Handling

Upon receiving, immediately refrigerate or freeze your shipment.

    • What is the shelf life of the products in a refrigerator or freezer?

Once thawed, the shelf life of a vacuum packaged product stored in refrigeration (30-40 degrees F) is up to 4-6 days. If the vacuum packaged product is stored in the freezer, then the shelf life can be up to 365 days. Packaged products not still vacuum packaged have a shelf life of 3-4 days after thawing if kept refrigerated.

    • At what temperature should your products be reheated?

For cooking and serving suggestions, please refer to the enclosed cooking instructions in the box, or view the instructions on our website: www.airribs.com/Heating_Directions.pdf
